    Fresh install ba? I mean, wala ka pang ginagalaw sa configs? Try mo factory reset, then test mo na default values lahat. Pag same pa rin, try to flash older version. Kung latest and gamit mo (23.05.3), try to use 1 version back (23.05.2).

    Just disable IPv6 if you don't need it. Naka-depende kasi sa area ang speed at stability ng IPv6. And besides, kung wala ka naman talaga services na paggagamitan ng IPv6. you can disable it.
