Help ZTE MU5001

Meron po bang idea kung bakit nagkaganito yung ZTE MU5001 ko. Bigla na lang nawalan ng internet access.

ZTE replied via email. They already pushed the B06 update to my device via OTA update and instructed me to turn off auto-update after installation. My modem is now up and running as before.

Ganyan rin akin, ts. Kung naupdate mo Mu5001 ng BD_FLYMODEMMU5001V1.0.0B02. Lalabas yan, kahit ireset mo yung unit waley parin. Maaccess mo ung YøùTùbé at google sa pc. Makakapag fb at YøùTùbé ka sa phone naman. The rest restricted na sites based sa experience ko. Either hintay tayo magrelease ng bagong update or sadyang may issue units natin? Hindi lang ako sigurado hehehe. Sa mga users nalang ng MU5001 wag muna magupdate baka mag ka ganyan unit nyo.
After I asked for customer support and sending my IMEI details, ZTE Customer Support pushed the B06 update to my device via OTA. They also instructed me to turn OFF auto update for now. Installation was successful and I can now use my ZTE MU5001 normally without the need for VPN.

After 1 month naayos na rin yung device ko. Nag email ako sa ZTE Customer support and hiningi nila yung aking IMEI number tapos finorward raw nila yung concern ko sa kanilang tech team. After mga 3 days nag email sila ulit na try ko mag-update ng firmware via OTA; nag warn din sila na after updating, eh i-off ko yung Auto Update muna. Ayun, nakapag-update na ako from B03 to B06. Back to normal na yung device ko at nagagamit ko na siya ulit. Pasalamat talaga ako sa community na ito!

Nag email na rin ako kay ZTE nung nakita ko rin sa reddit. So far, hiningi na nila IMEI ko. Unfortunately, sabi idowngrade ko daw since may instruction doon "daw" sa pag downgrade. To my dismay wala naman, user guide lang meron hahaha. Kainis. Will still try on sending them my concern till ipush nila yung update, waiting ako pag magbibigay sila ng customer consent form. Hello! Tbh, wala naman downgrade talaga si MU5001 since wala rin silang publicly available na firmware floating around sa net, sadyang napunta lang saking nag assist na inexperience or may finofollow na script lang hahaha. Napush narin update sakin hindi na nirequire ng consent sakin basta nagemail sila na itransfer sa technical team at pinascreenshot ung WebUI/Dashboard ng modem at within the day nareceive ko update. Working na ulit si MU5001. Maraming salamat ulit, roydzet!
